01 / THE STARTING POINT
Busy owners miss calls while they are with a customer, and plenty of callers who reach voicemail never leave a message. They simply call the next business on Google. Salons, clinics, trades and auto shops were losing bookings every week, and nobody was building something simple enough for them. So we built it ourselves.
02 / THE DIRECTION
Mugcode Receptionist answers in about two seconds, like a person would. It knows the business hours, services, prices and staff, offers only times that are actually free, reads the details back and books the slot, or holds it for the owner to approve. Questions it cannot answer are saved, answered once and remembered from the next call. Owners keep their number, get a text for every booking and a weekly report, and most businesses are live the same day. Designed, engineered, hosted and run entirely by MugCode in Calgary.
